Without a doubt the furthest ever driven by Hazel to get to a wedding (in excess of 500 miles!). Of course, she covered the distance without a problem and we arrived safely at our dear friends Sarah & DJ in Cornwall. It was an absolutely stunning wedding at a beautiful little church, overlooking the beach and ocean in Polzeath. After the wedding we continued our trip, taking the ferry to France to catch some surf before heading back home.

Lourens & Ann-Marie

We met several times before: Ann-marie and Lourens in their yellow Volkswagen Golf 1, we in our splitty. The original plan was to get married in a restored VW Golf. Unfortunately, the wedding date came closer and closer while the restoration was not completed by far. An alternative was needed, which had to be a Volkswagen! This is how I got formally introduced to Lourens and Ann-marie, a lovely young couple with a liking for Volkswagens.

Menno & Anniek

They drove by while I was cleaning out the van; Menno stopped immediately to ask if they could hire Hazel for their wedding. It was not until the wedding day that Anniek told me she had seen Hazel parked at the beach a couple of years ago, which was when she knew this was the vehicle she wanted for their wedding! The wedding day was undoubtedly the hottest and most beautiful day of 2010, Menno & Anniek, thank you and congratulations!

Ron & Nicky

Ron and Nicky had decided that their own Kombi (orange Volkswagen T3) did not quite meet the needs of a wedding vehicle and found Hazel on the web as the ideal alternative. Their wedding took place at the romantic and beautiful Dutch Open Air museum. Ron and Nicky, thank you for your warm welcome and hospitality. I wish you al the best in Australia, what a fantastic place to start your new lives as a married couple!

Hanneke & William

Hanneke and William had made it a mission to make Hazel their wedding vehicle since they moved into their new house in our street, despite the fact that they had already booked a white Porsche! It did not take them very long to figure out who the owner of this particular orange and white van was... After they had had a seat in the back and imagined themselves getting married this way the decision was easy!

We could not have wished for a better driver! Everyone should have one like you :)

Luke & Lindsey

Luke and Lindsey found us via the Dutch Splitscreenbus Register. This was the first wedding we ever did with Hazel (it really never occurred to me that anyone would like a Kombi for their wedding vehicle!) It was the most wonderful day with two beautiful people that ended with a superb party on the beach. Luke and Lindsey, thank you for this beautiful day, it was my absolute pleasure to drive you around!
